When you add something to your property, your Depreciation Schedule needs to be changed. A new stove, or hot water unit, or carpet etc means a Schedule update.

We are the only company that does this free of charge indefinitely. Most other companies figure that they’ve got your money, so if you change the property it’s your problem.

All you need to do is click on the link below and send us an email. Include in the email your name and the address of the property and tell us:

  • What you did.
  • When you did it
  • What you spent.

 

Obviously if you have done a major renovation, there will be a small charge, but if it’s just half a dozen items, there is no charge. We will send a new Schedule to you and to your accountant if we have their details.
